Jack Hohner
Graviton First Flight October 30, 2008

Jack flies his modified Heath Parasol, called the Graviton.

Well it finally happened.  October 30, at 14:45, my little blue and yellow homebuilt finally took to the air!  The flight went perfect.  Take off and climb out were as good as hoped.  I climbed to 3400 feet and orbited the field 4 times and then set up for landing on 3L.  The landing was not too bad.  I did the first flight without the bubble....there is nothing like the refreshing feeling of an open cockpit.  She ran very smooth and behaved well.  The ailerons are heavy but other than that it was a joy to fly.  Thanks to all for their support over the years to help make it happen.

Sincerely,
Jack Hohner
